Founded by Pooja Bhatia, Varah Gourmet is guided by a belief that health and ingredient integrity should inform every decision. Varah Gourmet reflects a global perspective shaped by years spent in Dubai, Mumbai and now San Francisco - a lifelong relationship with flavor formed across cultures and cuisines. 

Varah products are made without preservatives or artificial flavors and are designed to support dairy-free, gluten-free, and low or no sugar lifestyles, grounded in the idea that mindful eating can be deeply satisfying when ingredients are treated with care. 

Our products draw inspiration from familiar global flavors: Tikka Masala, Zaatar, Thai Red Curry. Each recipe is built for balance, depth, and clarity of taste, without excess or additives. The result is snacks that feel recognizable yet refined, presented in premium packaging, designed to elevate their presence on shelves.
